Damn, Jesse, born with a gun in your hand?  Mama didn't say knock you out -- Mama say ouch.

That said, although this isn't my cuppa, it's well done.

Listen here, woman...

Like Allan said, Jesse's gonna knock you out, with a gun in his hand.   Loved all the sound effects coming in and out, the record scratches, and whatever those layers were at the end.

Creative as usual! I think you upgraded your vocal recording chain somehow, sounds good. You are getting dangerously mid-fi.  :)   Uh, and fun-kaaaay.

cheers,

That bass is awesome Jesse.  What did you use to get that sound?

As always, your music is a sign of the times.  The production is constantly improving, and your ideas are unique, if not Zappa-ish.  I liked the song that followed as well.  Here's to originality!

Doggone -- I think that this is the first funk-hiphop fusion that I have heard.  The heck with the Suwannee River, in gun loving Florida maybe this should be our state song.  Creativity abounds in this song!

Hello, thank you for the comments.

To A Bull, stevec, e-soul, Freddy,  and Lynn, you guys are always there to comment on my meanderings.  You are also commenters on many others song too.  You all are truly the ones that help make the song forum a cool place to feel like somebody cares.

To eph, yes, she stole my cow....it was an udder disaster.

Ant Man B, the bass is the SI Baas Guitar, amped mutes patch, with some limiter, and EQ.  Also, I finished Moby Dick and I have to say it was a great read.

Serious Noize, I'm not sure why you didn't like the song, and that is fine, I don't need a reason.  But I do have a funny story.  I have a friend who hated it too, he said it was to violent; the funny thing is....he loves Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix, and Happiness is a Warm Gun by the Beatles, so go figure.

Thanks again
