In my boring world I decided I needed a guitar strap to play my Les Paul copy, so I checked on E-bay to see what was available. I found a Perrin 2" black cotton strap from Musician's Friend and ordered it. It came yesterday. I tried it out and really liked it so I bought another two, one for my D-18 and one for my Ibanez Bass guitar. Hopefull with the straps I'll practice more now.  You can get them at the Musician's Friends Website for about $6.99 plus shipping. They are really nice straps !!
 
I used to have other straps but can't find them now...they must be buried somewhere in my studio.

I have no life. I bought three guitar straps this week. I put them on my guitars, adjusted them. That's the big news for the week...pretty boring if you ask me. However the straps do a great job of holding up my guitars, plus they look nice, so I guess that really is a positive step, even though a small one.

These are not fancy straps. No fancy leather with company logo's burnt into them, no cheap nylon, no Indian beads, no fancy do-dads, no skull and bones,.....just your plain old ordinary black cotton strap.  They do the job and were dirt cheap. Perfect.

I bet I have less of a life than you. In fact my life is so non-existent that I'll even argue about it. How much less of life can you have than that?

I have $ .22 cents in my TuneCore account.....life sucks, but what's the alternative ??

This summer it's gonna be chicken wings and beers, and babes by the pool, can't wait....:)

Earlier this week, I manually re-saved every single Z3t4 preset in my host's browser so that I could access them directly from Logic, w/o opening the synth's GUI.

Your time will come. I've gone all winter without buying any musical gear. Actually I haven't bought any musical gear since I bought my Sonar X2 upgrade last October.

Work hard, save your money, don't go swimming with bow legged women, and someday you too will be able to afford to buy guitar straps.

I bought three new (Planet Lock) straps last week too!

A starry one for handmade guitar #1, a black one for my (black/maple) Jazz Bass, and a deep red one for Ruby.

Neat design, I'm very impressed.
