I heard there's a conspiracy to replace the CHF with a Feature Request Forum (FRF) wherein members can drop in a one line request for features they'd like to see in the next version.
 
It would be the only place one can post requests alleviating confusion caused by requests being scattered throughout the many other forums on this site.
