I'm tempted to swing for the Brushes drum package he's offering. It's very hard to find an in depth brush sample kit like that. I listened to the demo and it sounds great. I need to know how it works with Session Drummer 3. It's right up my alley with all the country stuff I dabble in.

See what you did? I did not know that Jim had samples for sale. I never noticed that before... so, what is the difference between K2, HAL, and Gig  in the choices? I've never seen that either.

OH I si... KONTAKT, GIGA, HALion FORMATS but I still don't know if they would work with SD3, EZD, or BFD Eco. I used to have some form of Gigastudio that came with some version or other of Sonar but I could never get it to work... but I think i still have the CDR it came on.

Thanks for the heads up... if they will work for me I will probably buy them just because like and want to support DD. You should make some samples Bub... maybe some banjo and dobro. I could use them.

speaking of what`s offered i see Nuendo 5 is available for $1800.00!


that`s over 4 times the price of X2 but it never seems to come up in daw comparisons.

do you get 4 times the bugs with Nuendo or do you get what you pay for?

Honestly I'm sorry I ever mentioned X2 sucking for me. The only good that came out of it
was seeing how supportive the folks here are and I already knew that.
