Hmm... okay so defrag is out and disk space is good. How about the RAM? Not sure how important RAM is for export but I'm assuming it could bork something up especially if there are Plugs in use.

Have you tried turning off Fast Bounce while exporting? Just a shot in the dark.

And you say these drives are new... have you used them to export before this started happening?

It has worked flawlessly since replacing allot of parts and reloading about a month ago

The error just started for who knows what reason.

Im not sure if its a X1 corruption or the interface

or   ???

Everything appears normal outside of Exporting

Another shot in the dark but maybe run CCleaner? Might clean up some broken bits and bytes. You could try uninstalling/reinstalling your interface drivers and if it really keeps futzing about maybe reinstall X1. I'd call support before reinstalling X1 though. Cheers.

I had weird happenings like that and then the project would start
playing loud and seemed to be at a different speed and the parts seemed
to be out of time...and it wouldn't stop until I forced X2 down.
Happened three different times and then when I exported it would play weird
like that for a few seconds and then it would play the exported stereo .wav.

I re-ran the audio-configuration and it stopped doing that. Something, somehow
was changing the configuration file.

At work and don't remember all the lines but I did notice the first two were changed
after it ran. Best I remember they were "0" and had been changed to something, somehow.

Does this generate an error report?

Havent never had experience with any types of cleaners-Hmmmmm

I was able to keep working as normal as far as creating new projects, recording, etc,  just cant export without the fault.

I wonder if a recovery back to one of my earlier dates might do something?

Ive got the OS on C:Drive
My Projects on the next Drive
Backups on another Drive

I dont think the project would be effected by a recovery would they?

I'd back up the projects created since the last recovery to an external drive or something first but I was going to mention maybe trying a recovery point from the last time it worked. You said you haven't really done anything to the system though so IDK if that'll do anything.

CCleaner is cool but be sure you understand how it works before messing around with it because it can screw things up if used improperly. You just want to run the cleaner and it'll go through looking for errors and fix them. You can get at CNET. Might want to back up the system before hand just in case (but don't overwrite any previous recovery points because you might want to access those). IDK... this is a weird one and it might be best to just give support a call. They should be open now. Cheers.
