I didn't see anything in the TOS about selling 2nd-hand gear? It is not urgent, I can always put it on ebay, just seems a shame that someone here could use it.
As for the rest of the conversation, I feel like I'm from a different planet! No clue what was going on there!

I think that applies to spammers and corporations like Sweetwater coming in and advertising sales and stuff like that.

You can interpret it however you want.  It says "does not allow any form of advertising" and putting something up for sale is an "ad"; or "advertising"

I did it a while back with a guitar I was selling, I didn't even think about it breaking a TOS thingymabob.

Now I kinda feel bad.
