Look, I jes wanna buy a bloomin' easy chair on yer Craig's List so I c'n sit while reading snarky posts on crazy trainwreck forums. Is that too much ta ask??!?

We actually just picked up a Pioneer 64" HDTV in perfect working condition for free last week thanks to CraigsList.  The people who owned it had plenty of money and had just bought a flat screen.  Although it was an absolute beast to carry up our tricky stone stairs, it was worth it!

It replaced a 36" tube monster that was out-of-focus and with no internal sound (I had to attach a separate stereo to it).
