Thanks for your concern, Alex, but my hearing has been damaged since I was 2 years old. I had an operation on one of them (timpanoplasty) when I was 8 or so.
Plus, this was an online hearing test in not-perfect conditions, so while my hearing is bad, it's probably not as bad as that chart shows.
Now, go back to having fun! And basking in your platypiety.
Time to change the avatar and see if I have the same problem others have had.
