Chapters on recording all kinds of bands and artists..Robert Palmer (with Little Feat), Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, Murray Head, Talk Talk, The Stones to name but a few.

Great info for microphone nerds and some fascinating insights into recording techniques from the late '60s onwards, plus the lowdown on who was good to work with, and who wasn't..

That book became an instant classic the day it was released.
