Told you guys I really hate flying.

So I'm trying to focus onto something else, which I can look forward to...
And that is:

Poutine. Ashton's preferably.
I could eat a full bathtub of that stuff...

That's one of the very few things I miss from home.

Flying's great.  Even falling's not that bad, but that sudden stop is another story altogether...

I hate it, man. My wife told me we had the first week of January off and that we'd fly to Quebec, way back in early November IIRC. I immediately started having nightmares.

I didn't realise that you were ever on ! ;)

Enjoy the trip. I had to google poutine. I'm guessing it's one of those things that should in thepry  taste awful but somehow doesn't ?

:) Yeah, that's the thing, I'm never officially on - so I'm rarely officially off either. My own schedule matches my wife's, obviously.

Poutine is my ultimate comfort food - french fries in dark brown sauce w/ cheese. We would try to do the equivalent here but there's no equivalent for that particular kind of cheese. In taste, reminiscent cheddar but the texture is totally different.

It's really a combination of the right good old fashion french fries (McDonald's style cut won't do), right sauce and right cheese. Otherwise, it's pretty lame. I could never find a good poutine in Montreal, for example.

I don't mind flying.  I've flown hundreds of times for business.   sorry you're having a hard time, tho, I know it's rough on some people.

but I don't have any idea what Poutine is!  it looks yammy!
