good acoustic captures,
and i like the vocal harmonies, and the doubling.
it'd be easy to take this to the next level,
and do a full band production....
kinda like modern country, even tho this isn't country.
this sounds closer to neil in spirit.

I agree with many comments here. You have a very nice layout, but a bit naked. That's ok though. Nothing wrong with naked. Nevertheless, adding trinkets on this well shaped tree would indeed light it up. Even if you just added some nice vocal harmonies you could take it up another level. 
 
In any event, you have a very nice tune here and I'm here to tell you-among others!

I wouldn't have thought of it if others hadn't mentioned it, but it does have a bit of Neil-ishness, probably from the acoustic + vocal + harmonica.    The vocal harmonies sound good... wouldn't mind hearing some on the chorus. 

SteveC, thanks for the listen and the comments.  Apparently my backing vox in the chorus are a little buried, because there have been a couple of comments on that.
