And Mike (dig2ns), if you found that offensive or rude in any way my deepest apologies. That was not my intent. I think you're a great guy and likely an excellent parent.

Hallo, beeps, just thought I'd pop down here to see what you're up to.

@mcq - Do you ever read Your posts?  The words pot, kettle and black come to mind.  Especially when it comes to being rude and passing judgement.

Do you get off on this sort of thing?  Only asking..

Fortunately Ive been blessed with a daughter that all she wants to do is study her school work, read books and go out and take pictures if its nice out.

But most of the time she spends in her room just reading and studying

Kinda worries me a lil bit
Don't ever worry about it.

I know what you mean though my eldest was like it, every school visit I ever made was the same "Well what can we say she works hard, engages in every subject and gets along with everyone as well as getting good grades".

The only problem she ever gave me was having to remember to give her the time I would have given her to sort out any issues and attention she'd been given had she been a bit more problematic.

She's in her 30's now and although she will engage in enough mischief so as not to make life dull she never seems to end up outside of the envelope.

My middle daughter however seems more like a familiar proposition to me...lol

Bless 'em all they're all different ain't they?

I've got a couple of step-children that are a bit older still and they've been parenting me for the last 20 years at least, and they are telling me that I've been behaving well for the last few years so I guess there's hope for all of us...

Hello, jb101. I appreciate your support. I've been quietly ignoring Mr. McQ for a while now due to some of his comments on the forum towards other users. Perhaps he caught on and that is why he is lashing out.

But yes... for him to give me a lecture on rudeness is laughable.

Please Mr. McQ... if you find me so offensive block me. I frankly do not want anything to do with you after this incident. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Mike (digi2ns) and your insinuation that I was attempting to insult him or his family has infuriated me and put me in a bad mood all day... ESPECIALLY after I told a rather sensitive personal story about myself. I guess I won't make that mistake again.

I am a nice enough fellow but I will tell you it isn't all cuddles and unicorn farts in Beepsterland so kindly cram it.

Thank you.

To everyone else I apologize for this and for any other comments I've ever made here that may have been considered offensive. I'll stick to posting questions upstairs to avoid causing any further problems.

Peace.

Don't worry about mcq, beep.

Why he hangs around here with nothing good to say about Cakewalk, Sonar or its users, is a sign of deeper issues, i feel.  If one cannot hold an adult attitude in front of something, then one should walk away.  Any other response is childish.  We should feel sympathy for him, bless his heart.

Do not let him alter your mood for the worse.  Do as I do and walk away feeling better about yourself and others around you.  It is a question of contrast.

Empty vessels make the most noise.
