How can you take that link seriously? It's such a blatant crank page.

No, I honestly think that nothing will happen...The only thing I see in front of me is new TV shows that explain why so many people had so wrong about their DOOMSDAY theories. I can bet that some will say we have all counted the wrong date that the new date are set in 2014, 23 of december instead.

Personally, I'm routing for Yellowstone to erupt. It has several times in the past were due. It is cyclical. The last euption is roughly the same amount of time as the eruption before that and before that.

The Mayan calender didn't account for leap years. If leap years are added to the mix, then their calender ended over five decades ago, and we're still here.

I presume that link is meant to demonstrate Einstein "predicting" the end of the world in 2012. Well, firstly, the observation that without bees we wouldn't have pollination and therefore wouldn't have lots of plant life and therefore would be fairly screwed in short order is uncontroversial, and not particular to Einstein. However, there are still plenty of bees knocking around. There is no global bee disappearance phenomena underway.

Hey John T,  let me say that I am totally on your side in this thing (a non-believer), but....the disappearance of bees has been an issue in my area.  My family has a history of deadly reactions to bee stings so we keep a close eye out.  The bees have slightly come back lately.  It has been an issue around here in the midwest USA.

Maybe not the end of the world but soon the end of the computer under the guise of Corning  GLASS?

Hi Jimbo. You're quite right that there have been localised instances of what's called Colony Collapse Disorder. But there is no general global trend, and it's just something that happens from time to time. It can be very problematic when and where it does happen, but it's not what the cranks think it is.
