If I can be of any help, I'll be glad.
Though for me the transition was rather brutal - I simply bought a Mac and Logic and started working on new projects. I was familiar with it having worked with the PC version in the past, but I'd been using Sonar exclusively for years.
The Logic Pro user group forums are an excellent place to find information - the moderator actually writes the Apple certification books for Logic, so he knows his stuff.
Those certification books, though relatively expensive, are worth every penny. Hands on approach that'll get you up and running in no time.
Groove 3, as was mentioned, is also an excellent source of tutorials. The ones by Eli Krantzberg are particularly brilliant.
You can also find Books and DVD combos by Dot Bustelo - the lady knows her stuff and she's trained many pros to use Logic.
In terms of workflow, Logic is the most intuitive and logical piece of software there is as far as I'm concerned. Considering that Sonar X's so-called skylight interface is an adaptation of Logic's own GUI, I think it shouldn't be too hard to adapt.
Furthermore, things work as advertised, so you don't have to learn the software plus a whole routine of workarounds.
