I'll second that recommendation. Inspirational and instructional. Too bad so few high school administrators nowadays think music education is worth the investment. Buy more computers, build more steel-and-glass offices, and make sure the big bucks are set aside for sports facilities. They should all be required to watch this.
 
Makes me want to re-watch "Mr. Holland's Opus" again.
