I don't think I've had corn with becan and eggs but I'm willing to try it :)
On the side I usually have beans; very high in fiber, protein, vitamin B and iron. Doc said I need extra fiber in my diet.
I semi-poach eggs sunny side up (whites have to be well done), and the becan well done having most of the fat cooked-out!
And toast, I've got to have toast with those eggs.
