I'm shocked by the animosity toward Craig Anderton.  You'd think he rapes puppies the way some of them talk about him. 
 
Hey, I have never in my life understood the attraction to loops and "content" by DAW users.  And Craig, apparently, is totally into that and wanted to roll that further into the business model at Cakewalk.  That's just bloatware and distraction to me, but how does that make him a bad person?  I mean seriously...I really don't get it.  I like vanilla..you like chocolate..am I missing something?

This brings back a lot of memories for me of a bankruptcy i went through with a major technology company.  ( I was lucky and got paid pretty decent retention bonuses while the business shut down )
 
Same old story of good value locked up in IP, product and people, but management that keeps stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.
