I have a theory that there is not a prosecutor or judge ANYWHERE that could not be forced to recuse themselves from ANY case involving software eulas because NONE of them have ever read A SINGLE entire eula for any of the soft or hardware that they themselves own.  They have all simply ticked "yes" on the first page like the rest of us.

Funny this came up ... I got an email yesterday from FB saying something about a community vote period had just ended and it was asking for my opinion on it.

Several things wrong with that ...

I created an account on FB years ago, but never went beyond that. There's no pic, no text, no nothing.

I haven't even logged in to the account in years, yet I get an email telling me about an important vote that the voting period has expired on, but no email telling me there was an important vote taking place that I should vote on.

What kind of crap is that?

I assume anything I put on the cakewalk forum or any where onthe net is out there forever ....


Then again I am 42 years old and I am pretty comfortable with who I am ... To future employers who might google me ... To the government ... Or the stalker ex .... 


This is me .... I am ok with it... If you're not then that's your problem 


If the government is after me and keeping tabs on what I do .... It kinda makes me laugh ... What are they gonna do ...arrest me for calling Bapu a stupid face ? 


Or arrest me cuz I liked a certain political post on FB ... Pleeeeze ... Really ... Don't they have nuclear missiles in North Korea, east coast hit buy hurricane, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Syria, Libya, the economy, 15 trillion in debt ... And they are worried about what some music teacher in Illinois writes on Facebook? 


Really ?

I filed bankruptcy a few months back.

I'm almost in the same boat (I'm sure many are). Sorry to hear about your bankruptcy :(  


Seems crazy but every time I use for example; Google or Yahoo search I feel paranoid (like someone is watching me), but I shouldn't be concerned.  


And whenever I post something here or anywhere; again I get that same feeling.    


And mistaken identity can indeed happen for example; having the same name as someone else (criminal) published across big corporation news feeds is not an enlightening thought for example; #1 poor job prospects and #2: a guy (musician) actually had his house raided by criminals who lopped off his fingers... later it was discovered beyond doubt that; oops, sorry, wrong guy.  Actually; this sickening gang-style crime seems to be common - see search listings on; dogpile.com or ixquick.com 


Regardless if a person uses the Internet or not at all; there is no escape from this crazy asylum in space! We are all part of the matrix.
