No, I'm not talking about apologizing for giving lame gifts.  (That may come later)  This is about something else entirely.
 
I haven't done it yet, but I will.  Soon.  When I do, I won't feel like apologizing, so I'm getting that out of the way now.
 
I know.  Some may be offended and/or irritated and/or hungry.  I get those confused all the time.  I apologize now for the fact that I will not be sorry later.  I may, in fact, be somewhat giddy.  Sorry for that. 
 
In the meantime, there's nothing to see here.  I haven't done anything yet. 

So, you've managed to secure a deed on the future?  How did escrow work out on that?  Will you be a merciful ruler owner?  Is there a future after 12/21?
