Hi,

I wanted to change the fad thing ... I think we're ready for an Albinoni revival, and I would love to hear Adagio in G done with an electric guitar instead of a violin. All you need to do is use different effects (more preferably) on the repetitions, and you will have a massive blow out in the end ... but the CHB is not interested ... they've done Mozart, Beethoven and LIzst, Wagner or Lecombe in movies and such ... but no Albinoni! ...

Unffortunately it is not Adagio in Am ... it's Adagio in G ... or the closest thing to it would be Terje Rypdal in Adagietto!

Just my opinion Pedro, but Adagio in G is a beautiful, delicate tune, which would be ruined on an electric guitar. Unless Mark Knopfler did it.

Saw them live a couple of times Frank, incredible musicians, and a lot 'tougher' sounding than on record.

If I were faced with a choice between another decade of Disco and the Zombie Apocolypse, I'd go with the Zombies every time.  Sorry.  I'd probably start with eating my own ears to avoid the trauma.  We know from watching Dr. Who that Van Gogh saw the future and painted it.  I can only assume that he saw Saturday Night Fever and thought he'd better get started on the first ear.  I think he had the right idea.

I'll have mine deep fried, with becan.

I thought Alembics were disco basses.

BTW, I played disco for a while.  (and I used a Rick - so there.)

Actually disco wasn't too bad if you were the bassist.

Man, yeah, all those incredible singers, players and writers. What were they thinking?
