btw, WRT the occasion, it's the anniversary of the day I got moved from a police cell to the regional alcoholic unit, as well as being my eldest daughters' birthday.  It was her 10th at the time.
 
I haven't needed to touch a drop since.

My daughter spent her 33rd in a picturesque cottage on the New Forest with her partner and we spent a long time on the 'phone mostly laughing about the fact she had to get up an ungodly hour, ride a bike for 10 miles to get to some stables for a mornings horse-riding extravaganza.
 
Being a bit of a chip off the block I think she'd have preferred breakfast in bed... 
 
We both had a good day today.
