I got some nasty $hit going on on my legs. I've taken steroids, creme's, ointments, sought out a voodoo woman
My uncle gets crazy sores on his legs from his diabetes and has almost had to have them amputated a couple times because of it. When it gets wicked bad they treat it with hardcore intravenous antibiotics and those bandages with silver woven into them. You might want to ask about that. Might give them a chance to heal if it is something similar... but yeah man, be careful with that condition. Believe me, not being able to walk sucks big time. Considering you live in the country and have to take care of the business of doing so I'm sure it would suck far more for you... not to mention you'd get the added benefit of not having your healthcare paid for like I do up here in Canuckerland.
Take care.
My nephew almost died several times this year because of Diabetes. He's got gaping holes in his feet and they can't get it under control. Then his kidney's shut down several times. The only thing that helped him was to put him in a Hyperbaric Chamber to help speed up the healing, but it blew his eardrums out and they won't do it anymore. They won't put tubes in his ears to equalize the pressure because they're afraid the incision for the tube's won't heal.
I don't have Diabetes oddly enough. You'd think a guy my size would, but I'm healthy as a horse. BP perfect, blood stats perfect. My doc told me I'd live to be 100 if I lost weight. I looked at him and said, "What the ***k would I want to do that for?!" LOL. I don't really like sugary foods, I guess that's what's saved me from it.
I have Eczema
really bad on both legs from the knee's down. Strangest damn thing. The doctor gave me a steroid creme for it and it thins your skin, so when I scratch, the skin comes off like you're skinning an over rip peach. He didn't tell me that it was a permanent effect even after you stop the 'roids. Peckerhead! :)
We don't get free healthcare yet, but I do have me a bonofide sugar mama with a tasty job! Woohoo! :)
