Choke a lot? Hope not, if one does, it means much, much, more practice time is needed.
Or did you mean chalk a lot? Sometimes (not often any more) kids will still do chalk drawings on the sidewalk.
If you mean the edible dessert kind, love to bake, but don't have any right now... two tips though: use a premium vanilla, and good chocolate, not the bargain discount special tastes like wax "choke a lot" chips kind.
