I like my HIS IceQ Radeon 2GB HD 7870 graphics card as it does everything I'll ever need. It has a built in fan, but it's practically silent when recording and doesn't get picked up with a mic placed 5 ft. from it. Of course, I also do game a bit and this is overkill for Sonar's use. Of note, it's quite large and you'll probably need a full ATX case for it.....YMMV.
