Try downloading DriverBooster free from IOBit. It could be just a driver problem.Driver booster checks all the drivers in your computer and gets the newest drivers available.

I don't like the programs that check your system for drivers.  First they tend to mis-identify what drivers are "needed" and second they want to charge you for drivers that you can get for free. 
 
All the "techies" on computer support forums I belong to, such as the Windows 7 and Windows 8 forums agree these types of programs should be avoided.
