Just finished watching. Yep, it was Pete Burns - yikes!
What I thought was interesting was hearing how they went down a different path from where they started. Dead or Alive sounds nothing like the smoother, Motown-ish, sound they ended with. There was a definite switch in their songs from tunes I used to like to "bleh" when they began targeting a younger audience.
