I used to play this song, and this isn't even close to even trying to sound like Hendrix ... I hope he was just doing it free style and not trying to sound anything like the original.

Pretty good rendition but he kind of hacked his way through the solo. It's one thing to improvise but yanno... for an iconic tune like that it's best to at least somewhat stick to the theme of the original.

...and I have a feeling that's not our Pete.
