I'll be traveling to visit my mother and sister in Austin Texas.  I'd like to treat them to a really nice dinner.  I like Italian food although I'm open to about anything if it's great food.  My online search has led me to following unless some of you here would recommend something different.  Opinions on the following, or otherwise, welcome.  The last three are, allegedly, five-star restaurants.  I'm hoping for a nice, quiet, intimate dinner.

Austin's not far from me and I travel there frequently on business.  But most of the restaurants I have been to there are BBQ, not Italian and I don't recognize any of the ones you've listed.  I'm sure someone who lives there could give better advice.

however, BBQ restaurants don't tend to be the "nice place" to take someone, so I'll probably just refrain from making those recommendations.

let's see, IIRC, there's a seafood place in  Pflugerville, which is just north of Austin, called "Fish Daddy's" - it's actually a nicer restaurant than the name implies.

I've been to a few steak places, but I just can't remember them right now.  if they come to me I'll post again!
