Been a while since I studied any of the sciences but isn't a pH of 5.5 about 'normal' for skin, so why on earth would it be beneficial to change it?

You won't have to worry about that old cup of joe here in the next few years. I heard on the news last night that the climate has changed so much, coffee beans can't grow anymore and are going extinct.
