 Thanks guys for what you chose to give up for this country and to all of those who did so and many who never came back.....may we never forget them. I hope you went somewhere and got a meal on the house.

Thanks for your service and for keeping us safe everyone.  Thanks to your families for the sacrifices they had to make because you were away.  And thanks to those who are lost but not forgotten.

Starise....hooked up with four other Brother Marines to tell lies and be thankful we're still above the dirt and no one shooting at us. 57Gregy....you still gave America a blank check to do with you as needed. Hey Old55....I echo your thoughts. Thanks for responses....carry on.

hi Quaze:

there's a few Vietnam vets floating around on this forum.

John I believe was in the same division I was;

Being a marine I guess you were in I core. Heard some bad stuff from my marine buddies about the A SHAU valley.

Good day to you.

tom1... Yes, I was in I Corps north of Chu Lai. If remotely interested my USMC bio is in my sig. Ashau valley? Based on my research..that Operation probably shouldn't have happened at all and I felt for those Soldiers that had to endure that one without proper intel of that turf. But what do I know. What's that insignia for your avatar? Thanks all...

hi Quaze:

of course I'm interested; I know (first hand) what Vietnam vets went through; Especially infantry vets.

I humped an M60 all through Tay Ninh province 1968-69. I've been violently anti-war ever since but I have nothing but respect for the soldiers who served.

My Avatar is the 25th Infantry Division. I just use it for Bub's sake. He told me to leave the country after reading one of my anti-war rants. (teasing you Bub)

Anyway, Quaze, to you, John and all vets: HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DAY!
