....and I'm going for the full on mountain man/grizzly adams look.....but it's at that inbetween stage where I look more like George Michael than Grizzly Adams.
Any tips for faster growth before I give in and shave it off?

Beards are funny that way. The ladies are very polarized about 'em. They either love them or hate them!

Now, in your particular situation, I guess you'll have to decide to keep the current Mrs Daryl1968 or the beard, eh?
