...and the kids from being carried to high school had a great time.
I incorporated a fog machine this year.
Our kid has become quite the special effects artist. Her advanced artist
skills were noticed at a very early age and has attended "special" advanced
classes since. She did up about a dozen of her school mates and we had to run
them off...they were scaring the hell out of everybody.

As we suspected their were more parents this year....they like to take pictures
of their kids in front of the entrance. It's castle like with lights and spooky stuff.

I didn't like the fog machine my wife got. It didn't roll that thick fog on the floor- it
went everywhere and looked more like something was on fire...but it did add with the
lights and strobes. I'll get a better one for next year probably.

Next year they're all in for a major, major...I'm talking big BIG time. Those little monsters
will never forget it.....neither will their folks.
I burned out early though....had to go to my shop and mess with the wood and pups.
Being "old" is cool.....it seems I get away with stuff much like when I was a kid....oh he's old
and needs to have his fun while he can.....lol.

I doubt you'll really find a fog machine that rolls the fog out along the ground.  They just don't seem to be able to do that (I used to have a couple when I did lighting).  Dry ice, however, is the stuff that makes the rolling fog.

Here, FWIW.

We decided against it no matter what it's called...thought it may cause tripping hazard.

Daryl the kid did get some pics on her phone...maybe she'll get some to me...I asked but
she's in a world of her own (15).

Yep.  I used to have the fluid type and would use strawberry flavored fluid so that yet another sense was brought into the fun!  I still have some lasers in storage too...  Those look really cool shot through the fog.
