Just took a listen to the Rapture freebie, Haunted sounds...  Some pretty cool and useable sounds in there.  Very pleasantly surprised.
 
Also listened to about 100 of the new free Loopmaster loops and a bunch of the one-shots...  If you're a loop user, you will find some very useable stuff in there along with some pretty cool one-shots as well.
