He's redeemed himself a bit lately, really good in 'Expendables 3', and his last one 'Blood Father' was very enjoyable.
 
He directed 'Apocalypto' a few years ago which was fab. It's the 'historical' stuff which got my back up, he seemed to want to present the English as quasi-Nazis, and I ain't having it.
