I thought duct tape was primarily only used south of the mason dixon line. New York is quite a melting pot...only God knows what has melted in there.

There's an interesting article today about the New York Subway and the potential disaster of a serious flood down there. I dread to think what that water will bring up to the surface if it happens. Rotted rat carcasses anyone?

I was a bit skeptic after the Irene craziness last year, but if the images I rely on the images get on FB, it seems that NY was hit pretty hard.
