So anyway..., The art is changing and hardware is trying to keep up. Where's my saudering iron and the prints? Once again the angst level, has raised for some hardware owners. We all expect a seamless, intuitive approach to music through the digital age, but reality isn't just 1's and 0's or a Midi code. We have been removed from the resolution of reality and we are trying to conform the art to that resolution.

Wow.  That was deep Craig!  Like 32-bit resolution deep.

When I hear my neighbors' "music", I can't help but think that they've adapted to the binary paradigm quite successfully.

But anyway,... I started researching what it would take to put a larger C drive in the DAW. Turns out the drives are IDE. So the insueing hassle of getting a new larger IDE drive and cloning the the old one over became a festival of different information and opinions on every thing from availability of new IDE drives to cloning the OS to switching to SATA drives. After much BS I ordered a new DAW from ADK today and that solved the whole problem of getting a new larger C drive. :) I know, I'm just a gear slut.
