Just wait until Windows 8 comes out (tomorrow I think). The price of Windows 7 will drop soon after.
At least until people begin to realize what a pile of hooey Windows 8 really is and then the price of Windows 7 will go back up.
word is that the new gen of laptops netbooks, etc that are touch screen enabled (win 8 biggest "feature")are NOT forcast to be big sellers...
Will the touch screen thang just be for i-pads and laptops?
I can't imagine buying a large (and expensive) HD/3d monitor for a desktop system and then jabbing it all over with one's grubby mitts.
