I don't hear reverb in that effect, just a ducked delay with high feedback.

I think you could get that effect with the SoundToys Native collection... their effects are really deep, and you can get pretty much all of the ingredients... up to you to mix them<G>!

Sorry I've been out bit,
Here's how I have shimmer set up:

1. Guitar signal split at my Valvulator. One side goes through the effects and amps, the other to my Boss SE-70 for the shimmer effect.
2. Send the shimmer signal to a volume pedal to control when/how much you get.
3. Shift the signal up one or two octaves. I then adjust the pitch shifts so they are ever so slightly out of tune. It's 100% wet on the shimmer channel, so you only here the high pitch octaves.
4. Feed the octaves into a long delay - about half a second if my memory serves correctly.
5. Delayed signal goes into a really lush reverb setting.

This creates a shimmering, high octave wash that follows your playing. It's easy to confuse it with a synth...

for classic U2 i run two delays in parallel, one slapback and one on 1/8dot with high feedback and the shimmer is from an octaverb.
thats in pedals but I believe guitar rig has it (the octver and add reverb)..

sounds like a ditto to smallstonefan above.
