Agreed Gregy. I just slip edited a 5 minute vocal track in less than 20 minutes which would have taken 30 takes on a mix on hitting the mute button on just that one track. Forget the other three BGVs. I would need the tape OP to help me and it would have increased the takes to 60+ easily.

1) C-64 with Dynamic Drums and some SID composition tool I cannot remember
2) Commodore Amiga running OctaMED (4/8 track sample sequencer not unlike the original DOS Cakewalk) with a crude 8-bit sampling cartridge
3) HUGE gap containing lots of guitar fiddling and not much recording
4) Pro Tools
5) Sonar X1/X2
