Hi Dan,
I really enjoyed this piece. It was gentle, yet persistent and satisfyingly deep. The chord changes were lovely and the anticipatory builds to coming sections were super.

Thanks for the lovely listen,
LJ

As always, amazing stuff.  I love pieces like this that unfold along a path that is impossible to predict in advance.  I agree that it would make a great soundtrack for something dynamic like an air show.

Have you explored synch licensing?  Alternatively, you might directly contact independent film producers that you like and see if they have interest.  I think some of the time lapse producers on Vimeo would be good candidates.  Here's an example:  https://vimeo.com/94923911

Really, the music stands on its own, but it might be mind-blowing with visuals behind it.

Thank you! No, I haven't explored any commercial options, mostly because it isn't really something I want to do. This is one of my hobbies and I do it for myself. If anyone else is entertained by it, that's a bonus, lol.

Dan

In a word... professional.  Composition, arrangement and mix.   Seriously, I could see you doing this type of thing on a professional basis, it's just that good, IMO.

This is nice, Dan.  I love how it builds and fill out as it goes and comes together towards the middle.  Beautiful arrangement.  Very pleasant to partake in.

BTW-to FreeEarcandy-I live in the Reading PA area and we used to average one air show a year, but for some unexplained reason there hasn't been one here in quite a few years.  I miss them.  It was either the Angels or the Thunderbirds among other daredevil types of acts.  They do manage to put together an occasional War Planes exhibit about every other year, which is pretty interesting.

Didn't mean to hijack, Dan.  I just saw the Reading PA (airshow) reference and had to comment.
