Change your motherboard, ram, hard-disks and memory.
 
Re-install the OS afresh and install all the latest drivers.
 
After that you should be good to go.
 
It can't be an X2 problem because that's new.

Dump the SoundBlaster.

BTW, I've only had one crash in X2 and I know what I was doing at the time but have not been able to reproduce it yet. 

I've run X2 about 50-70 times since then.

my crash was during use of melodyne and the PC.  when I opened the PC window it was all greyed out then crashed.
