I had a great Heritage 535. It was really amazing in terms of tone and construction. There's a couple things I never really liked. Wooden pickguards don't work for me and the Schaller pickups got changed out.

My experience is that you only buy one if you really love it, and don't buy a brand new one. They depreciate like cars and resale can be a slow process. From an overall quality standpoint, they are hard to beat.

Hey Mike, I think you should go for that 575.
 
In such a deperate search for credibility this would really turn you into 'somebody'.
