Well..you Norwegians have more money than any other nation with less than 5 million inhabitants I guess ( the arabian oil producing emirates excluded) :o)
I always feel the need to point out that the scale of things is so different in the small countries, like the Nordic ones. When you make something for an audience of a few hundred thousands, there's only so much you can spend.
Like in music business, too. You don't become rich by getting two or three gold records. You need to be in top twenty for ten years and make songs that become more or less evergreens. And gig around like mad. In Finland there's about 60 albums that have sold over 100 000 copies, ever, and only three that have sold over 200 000 copies. Foreign artists never get to those numbers, because there's so many of them to share the cake.
