I keep a seperate private email that gets NO junk email in it. I dont submit that one for ANYTHING, just communications between me and whomever Im dealing with.

Now the other one I use to register with gets flooded.  I just select all and whack!!!

I must have at least 20 email addresses that I use for various situations. They all have the same password though, so if anyone ever finds that out they'll be able to unravel the full sordid knot of lies, half truths, disguises and hypocrisy that is my life. God forbid.
