It's a scam folks. They promise to lower your credit card interest rate for a $600-1,500  upfront fee. They get your money and disappear. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS>>>
 
Best thing to do is just hang up...If you talk to their rep, they will target you more, if you threaten them, they will call the police on you...JUST HANG UP !!!!!

No I didn't go thru it, but I did a search and read up on Rachel...she's got lot's of people mad at her, and there's stories all over the internet about people dealing with that company...thousands of complaints have been filed, but there's not much the authorities can do to stop the calls.

I spoke to Rachel.. and told here what i would like to do with not just the telephone handset, but the entire telephone exchange.. she hung up before i could add the TV..:(

They don't care about the do not call list, they are hustlers trying to get your money. Close one office down and another springs up. Been going on for years.
