She calls here regularly. You'd think that someone would track these people down and deal with them. Someone like Seal Team 6.

They don't care about the do not call list, they are hustlers trying to get your money. Close one office down and another springs up. Been going on for years.

you don't understand.  if you are registered then you can file a complaint when they call.  eventually they will be shut down for violating the list.

I would tell her right off the bat

"In order to conduct any business on this line,
-- I will need your full name and place of residence address with zipcode (No PO Boxes)
-- and your credit card number, name on the card, expiration date and security code

in order to go any further

Would you like to provide this info NOW for confirmation and a Purchase order to continue?"

Then just listen to the emptyness on the other end

If they continue tell them to call you back so you can retrieve any info they request then give them the number to your local police department.

You don't understand, I've been registered on the do not call list for years and just recently re upped it, and I still get calls from them. I have filed complaints, does no good, I still get the calls.

Anytime I ask them for information they hang up on me.

That do not call does not work because they ignore that list. Press "3" and hang up. And it probably is some large city crap or foreigners. Between that and political calls, just press "3" and hang up!

No I didn't go thru it, but I did a search and read up on Rachel...she's got lot's of people mad at her, and there's stories all over the internet about people dealing with that company...thousands of complaints have been filed, but there's not much the authorities can do to stop the calls.

WHAT???!!!!?????

**John has declared X2 safe to install.
You know he's just drooling at the retainers for X3.

If anyone can come up with a pic of a moist towlet ... I got a thread I want to post it in ...

PM me.

I had my home phone disconnected 4 years ago after realizing I hadn't used it in 2 years. I've had the same cell number for 11 years and not a single spam call. Problem solved.

The do not call registry the FTC and the FCC have all been powerless to block/stop/prosecute Rachel for years. There are tens of thousands of official complaints, a few boiler rooms have been busted, but the scammers have not even bothered to change Rachel's name. My phone is listed on do not call, and I hear from Rachel at least 6-10 times a year for years. The calls originate outside the US and the call originator is beyond the jurisdiction of the appropriate agencies, and is apparently a hydra-headed operation that changes its identity when confronted with its illegal activity.

The only other alternative is to embrace Rachel......like what Mike said. (If you can't fight them, join them)
