Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I did a search and couldn't find anything....

It's only been mentioned about 12,973 times (oh yeah, the "search" function doesn't work well either here ).

BTW - Where are you in the Great NorthWest?  We may have to warn you about Pedro...

Okay, I'll revise that:  I did a search but couldn't find anything recent or relevant on the first page of the search.  I could have dug deeper I suppose, but it seemed quicker just to ask.  I DID apologize for asking about something that I'm certain has been discussed before. No need to get snippy.

I live in Ellensburg WA, which if you look on a map of Washington, it's almost in the exact center of the state, about 110 miles east of Seattle.

FYI Leee:

This LINK was the fourth item found with:

site:forum.cakewalk.com  firefox problems

The search function of this forum sucks. Just thought I'd let you know for future reference.

Thanks bapu, that was indeed a helpful link.  It seems this problem has been going on for awhile.
I haven't been around in this forum (regularly) for a few years now, and I guess the last time I was a regular user here I wasn't having any problems.

Never any snippiness from me - but silliness is practically guaranteed.

(And you're probably safe from Pedro he's down in Vancouver. )

Jonbouy
Thanks for bringing this up Leee

My browser of choice is Firefox and up until recently I'd been using v3.6.28 as that was the only version that was still being maintained that worked with the forum.

They stopped maintaining that so I upgraded to the newest version of FF and was just using IE9 to browse here.  Having seen 'IETab' mentioned here I've just installed that in FF so I'm back (virtually) to using a single browser.

This was the version I installed (there seem to be a few different ones) and it's the one that works best here.

Hey Jonbouy, thanks for that link, I installed it on Firefox and it works great.
So I guess I'll stick with FF and just use this IE plugin.  Cool!

No problem.  Silliness is always welcome.
