So, the rest of you will have to keep up the silliness in my extended absense (which could be hours!) while I take this PC down and drive it over to the new place.
 
Hopefully in the next week or so I'll FINALLY be able to get my music gear out of storage (moving from a 90 sq. ft. room to one about 300 will do that).  Can't wait!

So you are moving your studio out of a walk in closet to the big bedroom? 90 sq ft is small. I bet your storage unit is bigger than the room you recorded in.

Incidentally - I just received (at last!!!) my new desk today and finally installed (some of) my stuff - the basics, I too have a lot of stuff in storage til October (and I think I need to buy a rack for preamps, compressors and such...). :s 

- But my lovely wife painted a wall red for me so that I'd feel home! :) Temporarily, until the next move in a few months.

Next step - how to install Auralex w/o damaging the walls and how to convert a closet into a vocal booth...
