It seems like every channel I like to watch has a heavy rotation of catheter, Hoveround, Scooter Store, and AARP commercials. I do like the History Channel, sometimes I see people I used to know. Oh, and I am so tired of seeing William Devane on a horse at his ranch or in his airplane telling me how he like the "feel" of gold. It must be Monday... it will soon be Monday night though and the Falcons are going to whup up on the Broncos... so all is not lost.
Oh... there's Devane again... gotta go.

LOL on the History Channel....I've practically given up on cable TV coz of all these infomercials/commercials/useless programs and going fo internet TV (as soon as my TV & rest of my furniture arrives next week).

The Falcons always seem to step up on Monday nights and I'd imagine this should be a goodun!!

I need more Lizard Lick and more American Hoggers. I sure hope the Falcons do it, I have not yet forgiven the Broncos for beating us in the Super Bowl.

That's why God gave you a thumb.

When they go to commercial I hit the recall button and go to the "other show" I'm watching....

You should be able to watch at least 2 shows at the same time. It's a unique ability of the male human to be able to do this. Some can follow the plot lines of three or more shows at once....

If I hit the recall channel button and THAT channel is talking about discrete male catheters..... or Viagra..... I simply go to channel 71 ( the highest channel that I consider to be an acceptable channel to view) and start pressing the down channel button until I find something interesting.... after a few minutes I punch in the channel number I was on.....and it's back to the show. On occasion, I will spend the entire evening punching 71....down....down....down.....down..... until I get to 22 and then it's back to 71 to repeat the process.

Reminds me of this>>>>  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5scpDev1qps

Do not ask me why I don't go to 22 and press the up....up..... until I get to 71.... I don't know.... it's habit and that how I do it.

I stop at 22 since below that is religious.... home shopping......community....... and over the air networks..... I only go down there for the local news around 5pm...or 10pm.....

What I should do is go in to the TV channel menu and remove/delete the channels I always skip.... it would make surfing so much more efficient and quicker......

When I was married, I did that last part by going "Uh huh.  Interesting. You don't say..."  Maybe that is why she is an ex - not a current.

But that does work like 95% of the time.
