Musicman100, just an fyi, for those of us who primarily use Sonar with midi in conjunction with high quality sound samples composing chamber/orchestral/choral type works, notation is a huge deal.  If you are strictly doing live recording, obviously, notation is not a big deal, and granted, that is how most use Sonar (but there is more than one way of working).
